Terms of Use
Habitao is a simple habit tracker with optional premium upgrades. Please read these terms before using the app.
1) Agreement to these Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Habitao (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is provided by Ivelin Ivanov. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean Ivelin Ivanov.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
3) The App and your content
- The App does not require accounts or logins.
- Any content you create in the App (for example: tasks, notes, lists, preferences) is stored locally on your device.
- We do not operate a backend for the App and do not receive your content.
- If you enable device backups (such as iCloud or computer backups), your operating system may include App data in those backups. Those backups are run by your OS provider, not by us.
4) License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own, non-commercial use.
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code (except where the law permits);
- bypass or circumvent paywalls or purchase flows;
- misuse the App or interfere with its normal operation;
- use the App for unlawful purposes.
5) Premium purchases
Premium features may be offered through:
- Monthly subscription (auto-renewing)
- Yearly subscription (auto-renewing)
- Lifetime Premium (one-time purchase)
All purchases are processed by Apple In-App Purchase. We do not receive your full payment details.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID / App Store subscription settings.
Lifetime Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks premium features for as long as the App is available and supported by us. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the App offering, not your lifetime, and not a guarantee that the App will exist forever. If we discontinue the App, we will make reasonable efforts to keep previously purchased premium access working where feasible, but future platform compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore eligible purchases tied to your Apple ID (via "Restore Purchases" when available).
Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. We cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases.
6) Changes, availability, and updates
We may update the App and change features over time. We may suspend or discontinue the App if needed (for example for maintenance, security, or if we stop supporting it).
7) Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
8) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for premium access in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so your rights may vary.
9) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice in the App and update the effective date.
